Everybody needs a Fall Homeowners Checklist!
The Lake Texoma area around Denison and Pottsboro is considered to have a moderate climate with mild winters. But that does not mean you can ignore the need to get your home ready for fast-changing weather and freezing temperatures coming soon.
As the new season arrives, your home maintenance to-do list is probably already filling up, keeping you busy for the next few months.
With so much going on, we want to share this simple fall checklist of everyday homeowner tasks, courtesy of our friends at Home Warranty of America—“Feel free to share with any homeowners you’ve worked with!”
